This takes the deliciousness of regular almond butter and blows it through the roof.
😜Eat it from a spoon … add it to smoothies … or slather it on a banana for a snack.
✅It will stay fresh for a couple of weeks (if it lasts that long).
Makes about 8 servings
Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. When the oil is melted, add the pumpkin seeds and toast for 3 minutes. They should turn a light golden color. Add the chia and sesame seeds and continue toasting for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour the seed mixture into a sturdy large bowl and add the almond butter, maple syrup, sea salt, cayenne pepper, and sweet paprika. Stir until smooth – this might take some work! When it’s well combined, let the mixture cool.
Try not to eat the whole thing at once :-)
