âWhen it comes to your herbs of choice, some great options are dill, parsley, basil, or cilantro. If you want to crank up the taste a little more, add a ÂŒ cup of chives.
NOTE: You definitely can use low- or non-fat Greek yogurt in this recipe, but it wonât be the same as using the regular âfull-fatâ version â it wonât be as silky or creamy.
Makes 6 Servings
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth and green â the herbs should be reduced to tiny flecks. Taste and add more salt and/or pepper if necessary.
This will keep in the fridge for up to a week. Delicious!
