Kettlebell 101: This training will give you all of the tools you need to safely and effectively begin your Kettlebell practice. Start your training off right with solid fundamentals that take the guess work out of Kettlebell training. This is ideal for beginner to intermediate lifters.

Kettlebells offer a different kind of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness – endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance. People love it because it's challenging, efficient and you only need one piece of equipment.


Some Topics Include:

  • The fundamentals of swings, cleans, presses, snatch and more.
  • How to use anatomical breathing and power breathing
  • Strengthen and tone your whole body

 Our instructor, certified in Agatsu kettlebell, is showing us how to a 2-hand swing.

I signed up for the Agatsu Kettlebell class to improve my functional fitness and to help counteract the effects of my sedentary job. I'm in my third round of kettlebell classes and I've noticed a considerable increase in my overall strength, power, and stamina, along with increased muscle definition. There is also a significant cardio component to this class that has helped improve my endurance during other aerobic sports like running and cycling. I’m looking forward to skiing this winter to see how cross-training with kettlebells has improved my performance. This class fits an intense total-body workout into 30 minutes, which I can easily fit into my schedule.
